We are currently working with a number of small contractors who have, in most cases, been set up by tradesmen who know their trade inside out and are looking for more freedom by starting up their business.

However, the experiences of a number of our clients cannot be any more different to this dream, not only are they having to manage their labour or work on the tools during the day but come the evenings and weekends they are doing the office based tasks such as reviewing contracts, pricing tenders, preparing valuations or dealing with QS’s who just don’t want to pay them what they are due, leaving very little time for their families and loved ones and increased stress levels.

Here at Giles Associates, we have helped take a large amount of this additional workload off of our clients hands, giving them all the commercial support that they require for a small cost, allowing them to reap the benefits of their hard work.

We can offer our services on an hourly rate, however, the majority of our clients prefer to engage with us on a monthly retainer where they pay us a monthly fee for a set amount of hours per month, whenever they need us, which is proving to be highly beneficial to them.
